Engineering, Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET)

Engineering, Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test, a Common Entrance Test of Andhra Pradesh, will be held by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, on behalf of APSCHE for entry into the first year of the professional courses offered in various government and private colleges of Andhra Pradesh. The various engineering courses are as follows: B.E/B.Tech, B.Tech (Ag.Engg), B.Tech (Dairying), B.Tech (FS &T) and B.Tech. (Bio-Technology).

EAMCET 2011 Application Form:
Candidates can collect application form by cash payment or by DD of required amount including the cost of the application and postage from any Nationalized Bank drawn in favour of Secretary, APSCHE, Hyderabad, payable at Hyderabad along with a request letter giving full address. The application must be sent before the last date at the University Office Address. The Application Form can be filled online.

  • Last date for receipt of applications without fine: 09/04/2011
  • Last date for receipt of applications: 27/05/2011
  • Issue of Hall-tickets at all Regional Centres: 30/04/2010 to 06/05/0211
  • Date of Examination: 30/05/2011

EAMCET 2011 Eligibility:
Candidates should have passed 10+2 level examination or its equivalent with 50% marks. They should have read mathematics, physics, and chemistry. Final year candidates of 10+2 may also appear in EAMCET. They should be 16 years as on December 31, 2010. There is relaxation in age and requirements for reserved category candidates.The test paper will be of multiple choice questions from physics, chemistry and mathematics. Each question has four options.
